Description
Itinerary At 8:00 a.m., we will pick you up at your hotel in Nazca and travel along the Nazca - Cusco interoceanic highway for two hours. Along the way, you will be able to admire the beautiful landscape of the Peruvian Andes and Cerro Blanco, the highest dune in the world, which will surprise you! Upon reaching the Pampa Galeras Bárbara D'Achille, located at more than 4,200 meters above sea level, we will begin to spot vicuñas and guanacos, two species that live freely on this Andean plateau. We will discover the peculiarities of these camelids, very similar to llamas and alpacas. We will enter the reserve's museum, where we will learn more about the fauna that inhabits this area of Peru. In addition, we will also tell you about the Vicuña Project and the work of the Andeans to protect this endangered species. Finally, we will return outdoors to see these beautiful animals up close, and we are sure that you will not stop taking photos! After an hour and a half exploring the Pampa Galeras, we will return to the bus that will take us back to Nazca. We will finish the excursion at 2:00 p.m
