Description
This tour kicks off in Urubamba, in the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, from where you'll set off on a fascinating cultural and scenic adventure. Our first stop will be Moray, a unique archaeological complex made up of circular platforms that the Incas used as an agricultural laboratory to experiment with different microclimates.
We'll continue to the impressive Salt Flats of Maras, a set of more than 3,000 salt pools dating back to pre-Inca times, where local families still extract salt by hand, creating a bright white landscape that contrasts with the valley's mountains.
Then we'll visit Chinchero, a picturesque Andean town known for its cobbled streets, colonial church, and colorful textile workshops, where the locals keep the ancestral traditions of weaving with natural wool and vegetable dyes alive.
Finally, we'll wrap up the tour in the majestic city of Cusco, the historic capital of the Inca Empire, completing an experience full of history, living culture, and unforgettable landscapes.
