Discover the magical Humantay Lagoon on a unique experience through the Peruvian Andes. The adventure kicks off in the early morning hours, leaving Cusco in a comfortable tourist transport. After about 2 hours of travel, you'll stop in Mollepata to enjoy a delicious typical breakfast before heading to Soraypampa, the starting point of the trail. The hike to the lagoon takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, going up from 3,900 m to 4,200 m. Along the way, you'll admire breathtaking scenery, snow-capped mountains, and Andean valleys that look like they're from a dream. The group is small, with a maximum of 10 people, to ensure a more relaxed and personalized experience, accompanied by a guide who speaks exclusively Portuguese and specializes in local culture and traditions. When you arrive at Humantay Lake, you'll be rewarded with an unforgettable view: turquoise waters surrounded by snow-capped peaks, a sacred setting for the Quechua people. • The hike to Humantay Lagoon takes place at high altitudes (3,900 to 4,200 m). We recommend you get acclimated to the altitude of Cusco for at least 2 days before the tour. The tour is a small group, with a maximum of 13 participants, and is guided entirely in Portuguese. Not recommended for people with heart or respiratory problems or reduced mobility. If the weather's extreme, the itinerary can be adjusted for safety.
