To start the tour to Machu Picchu, you will have to be in the city of Cusco at least one day before the start of the tour since the trains of the Peru Rail Company leave from 6:00 hrs. from Cusco.

------------------------Tickets available from September, reservations before this month subject to change, please consult internally.--------------------------------- We will pick you up at the meeting point for your pick-up, 1 hour before the departure time of your train, we will take you to the train station, located in the town of Poroy (30 min) where you will board the train of the company «PERURAIL», you will begin your trip to the town of «Aguas Calientes» (2000 masl) which lasts 4 hours. Perú rail train service We will arrive at the Aguas Calientes station and you can tour the town of the same name, have a snack and wait until 11:30 am to go to the bus station, to ascend 400 m in height, along a zigzag path for 30 minutes until you reach the incredible world wonder “The Sanctuary of Machu Picchu”, known as “The Lost City of the Incas”. The guided tour starts exactly at 12:00 noon and upon arriving at the citadel of Machu Picchu we will pass through the control where you will hand in your entrance ticket. From this place the guided tour will begin, visiting the main areas of the city such as the: Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows and the cemeteries. The guided tour will last more than two hours. At the end you will be given free time to take a walk around the citadel or if you wish to have lunch at the Santuary Lodge Hotel. Another option is to return to the town of Aguas Calientes and have your meals in one of the various restaurants (lunch is not included in the package). In the afternoon you will take the train back (show up at the station 30 minutes before the departure time of your train). The return will follow the same route as the outbound trip. When you arrive at the train station, we will be waiting for you to take you to Cusco.
