• A valid passport or national ID is required to enter Machu Picchu. Entrance tickets are personal, non-refundable, and cannot be changed to another date or name according to the Ministry of Culture regulations. The selected entry time cannot be modified after the booking is confirmed. The guided tour is carried out only on the circuit assigned by the Ministry of Culture. The bus service operates between Aguas Calientes and the main entrance of Machu Picchu (round trip). Food, drinks, plastic bottles, and bathrooms are not available inside the archaeological site. Bring comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, insect repellent, and a reusable water bottle. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
