Description

(Please note that this tour must be booked 2 months in advance or you must check the availability of entrance tickets to Machu Picchu for the desired date). Day 1: AIRPORT PICK UP - CITY TOUR LIMA Start your adventure in Lima with pick up at your hotel in Miraflores or San Isidro around 2:00 pm. We will visit the Parque del Amor overlooking the ocean, the Huaca Pucllana and the historic center, where we will explore the Plaza San Martin and the Hotel Bolivar. Finally, we will visit the Convent and Catacombs of San Francisco before returning at approximately 6:00 PM. Day 2: ICA- OASIS OF HUACACHINA We will pick you up between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m. at your hotel in Miraflores or San Isidro. We will visit the Ballestas Islands, have lunch at a vineyard and explore Huacachina by tubing and sandboarding. We will return to Lima, arriving at approximately 10:30 pm. Day 3: AIRPORT PICK-UP + CUSCO CITY TOUR The tour starts at 13:00 h. and includes visits to Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), Sacsayhuaman, Q'enqo, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay (Temple of Water). The tour highlights the historical heritage and ends around 6:30 pm. Day 4: CONNECTION TO THE SACRED VALLEY We will pick you up at your hotel between 7:00 and 8:00 am. We will visit the archaeological center of Pisac and enjoy a buffet lunch in Urubamba. We will explore Ollantaytambo and finally take a 2-hour train ride to Aguas Calientes. In the evening, your guide will come to your hotel to briefly inform you of the activities scheduled for the following day. Day 5: MACHU PICCHU The excursion begins early in the morning with the transfer to the bus station that will take us to Machu Picchu. We will enjoy a 2 hour and 30 minute guided tour, followed by time to explore. Afterwards, we will return to the village for lunch. In the afternoon, we will board the train back to Cuzco, with check-in 30 minutes before departure. Upon arrival in Ollantaytambo, a tourist transport will take us to the city of Cuzco. DAY 6: HUMANTAY LAGOON We will pick you up at your hotel between 4:00 and 5:00 in the morning. We will make an excursion to Mollepata to enjoy breakfast. Afterwards, you will hike for approximately 2 hours, with a brief guide and time to explore the area. Afterwards, you will have a buffet lunch in Mollepata before returning to Cuzco, with an approximate arrival time of 18:00. Day 7: RAINBOW MOUNTAIN We will pick you up from your hotel between 4:30 - 5:00 am, we will head to the community of Tintinco, in Cusipata, where we will enjoy breakfast. Afterwards, we will travel by road for 1 hour to the start of the hike. We will hike for 2 hours to the Arco Iris mountain, where we will have time to take pictures, explore and rest. Afterwards, we will return to Cusipata for a buffet lunch. Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco, arriving at approximately 17:30 hrs. Day 8: TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT
