Description

The expedition starts at 9:00 a.m. Embark on an unforgettable adventure. We will pick you up at our meeting point and together we will go to the port. There, we will board a boat that will cross the waters of the Madre de Dios River, taking us to our cozy lodge. After settling in at the lodge, we will get our equipment ready and embark on a one-hour hike through the lush Amazon jungle. Our destination: the magical Sandoval Lake, located in the Tambopata National Reserve. Upon arrival at the lake, we will board a paddle canoe and navigate its calm waters. Enjoy the opportunity to observe a great variety of flora and fauna, including river otters, exotic birds and turtles. After the exciting navigation, we will enjoy a delicious lunch prepared with fresh ingredients from the region. Savor the essence of the Amazon in every bite. If you are up for it, you can take a refreshing swim in the waters of Lake Sandoval. Follow the indications of our guide to guarantee a safe and pleasant experience. Finally, we will return to the city of Puerto Maldonado, culminating an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Amazon.
