Guided by an experienced leader, you’ll begin with a grounding circle, optional rapé (sacred tobacco snuff), and prayers to set intentions. As volcanic stones are heated, you’ll learn about the ritual’s history and significance. Once inside the temazcal, you’ll immerse yourself in herbal steam, traditional songs, and guided meditations, helping you release toxins, stress, and negative energy.
