Very beautiful and clean place. The staffs were great especially Pedro at the Reception desk. He was very helpful. The dining and bar staffs were very friendly. I was amazed to see how everyday was room was cleaned, my towels and sheets changed and what amazed me more is seeing men doing the room cleaning. My room was always properly cleaned. The breakfast options were limited and almost the same thing each morning which got me tired of eating. The hotel is nearby fast food restaurants. I enjoyed my stay.
I'm giving two stars for the awful service. The online service was very inefficient with providing basic information. The restaurant, terrible!!! We waited for more than one hour to receive our dinner, incomplete by the way! The chashier had difficulties trying to explain something very basic, we had to leave with the incomplete order. Otherwise, the rooms are very nice (no water botttles as other hotels and no irons). Update may come soon.
Clean rooms, ac and hot water worked just fine. Breaky was good and the staff was so nice about my food allergy! Next time I’d stay in the same hotel but in Miraflores, which is where I ended up going to every day
Amazing hotel. Surprised by the negative comments. The rooms are large, perfectly clean, shower pressure is amazing. Tv was easy to use, Netflix, YouTube and everything. Breakfast was really nice. After going to a few different hotels in Lima, we are very happy with our choice to stay here for the last few nights.
Quiet hotel in a residential neighborhood. Kind of out of the way of Barranco & Miraflores during rush hours, but an easy 15-20 min ride in with no traffic. Traffic turns that commute into an hour long one easily. The gym is amazing though. Fully equipped and on the roof. Enjoyed a great workout daily with good views.
