Spectacular!!! This is the second time I've eaten at Callejón in a week! The service is incredible, the food is delicious, and the presentation is stunning! It's so great to have a restaurant like this in the alley! 👏👏👏
A wonderful culinary experience very close to Anta Airport. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly (a special thank you to Victor). I highly recommend it and hope to return soon!
After many years, I returned to the Huaylas Valley—beautiful lands, lovely landscapes, excellent camaraderie, but sadly lacking in food service. However, by chance, while driving along the highway, I stumbled upon this restaurant: "Callejón." We were able to park without any trouble, and they waited for us kindly at the door. It was around 4:45 pm, and we didn't realize they closed at 5 pm, but they still treated us very well. We didn't notice any grumpy customers who, because we were the last to be served, were delaying their closing time, a situation I've experienced on several occasions. From the moment we arrived, I noticed the difference and the care taken in their infrastructure, design, and ambiance. It was a decent, well-organized, and elegant place, without losing its Andean identity. We were very surprised by what this restaurant offered, such as the delicious "Andean Ramen," an exquisite dish made with guinea pig, pork, and chicken, beautifully presented and, from what I saw at the beginning, very tasty. I ordered a drink that's practically an Andean version of the Negroni, which surprised and delighted me. The restaurant's prompt service was also very satisfying, and the menu accurately reflected the quality of the dishes, always exceeding expectations with its presentation. Congratulations to Executive Chef Isidoro, a young man of just 28, who has managed to combine local ingredients with the perfect Andean touch, creating that explosion of flavor that one should find in well-designed establishments like this. Keep it up! You are a source of pride for the local cuisine and culinary representatives of the Ancash region.
