I just had dinner there. Absolutely wonderful food and wonderful service. The flavors are complex yet perfectly balanced. A good atmosphere that makes you feel at ease. Great drinks. If you're looking for a good local restaurant, this is worth checking out.
Excellent menu, topical of Arequipa. Portions are generous and food is well presented. It is inside the cloister of the Jesuits Church, which is accessed independently from the church itself. Worth a visit
Went to this place specifically to try guinea pig. If you are adventurous enough to try - it's absolutely delicious! A ton of other food options like alpaca stew and also great vegetarian options. Highly recommend this place!
Fantastic small meal we had here with pisco sours and local cocktails. We highly recommend the trio de jayaris - it was enough for 2 people. Absolutely delicious, each bite was intentional. Service was great too. Brian and other staff were attentive and slowly explained the dish for us with poor Spanish. Speaking Spanish is recommended however it is not essential.
A traditional Arequipa piquanteria in a beautiful setting. Our stews were hearty and the chicha was perfect. The staff are fantastic here
