Late review: Visited Machu last week in April. The paneer subji was subpar and had hair in it, while the papaya lassi was very average. The spinach and potato sabji was decent. The food took a very long time to arrive. I would not recommend this place given you're hungry, tired after a long day to find hair on your plate!
Very sweet service and great food!! I came here 3 times across 3 days in Aguas Calientes. Definitely the best option for vegans, I tried a couple places with options, but this was clearly the best!! The lomo saltado was very good, and priced reasonably in the context of the town. Then I had the lentil hamburger (more of a wrap) twice, which was delicious and felt like a great deal!!! Would definitely return here.
Wonderful restaurant gem in AguaCalientes. Vegetarian options only. Freshly made to order. Portions are big, shareable. The owners are very nice. Lots of tables for seating and enjoying a casual tasty lunch or dinner. They are a bit pricey but normal for a tourist town
We had a delicious lunch- sufficient quantities, hot and yummy. We got the Lomo Saltado, a simple sandwich, and spinach sabzi with roti. All of them were served on time and delicious. Staff also very friendly. Well worth a visit if you’re seeking vegan food in Aguas Calientes.
Amazing spot for vegan food! We went here twice while we were in Aguas Calientes. My favorite item on the menu was the vegan lomo saltado. I also really enjoyed the guac and fried chip appetizer. The other food was great and the spices were nice! Highly recommend this place if you are vegan! (The mango lassi there isn’t vegan but they have a few vegetarian things called out in green on the menu- though the bulk of the items are vegan!)
