DescriptionBegin the experience by taking a 1-hour walk through the market of San Pedro, where you will learn more about the local fruits and ingredients that you will be using later on. Return to the restaurant and learn about Peru's most famous drink, the Pisco Sour. Receive a full explanation and tasting of Pisco grapes and their different qualities. After a toast, start the cooking class led by an expert chef, with extensive experience in cooking traditional Peruvian cuisine. Take part in an informative and entertaining class, choosing to make any of the following dishes including an appetizer of Jaucha (an ancient Andean dish), entrees of Causa Limeña, Papa a la Huancaína or Quinoa Salad, and the main course of Lomo Saltado, Ají de Gallina, or Quinua Atamalada.
