Start the experience with a walk of approximately 1 hour through the San Pedro market, where you will learn more about the local fruits and ingredients that you will use later.
Return to the restaurant and learn about Peru's most famous drink, the Pisco Sour. Receive a complete explanation and tasting of pisco grapes and their different qualities. After a toast, the cooking class begins led by an expert chef, with extensive experience in traditional Peruvian cuisine. Participate in an informative and entertaining class, choosing to make any of the following dishes that include an appetizer of Ceviche and Chilcano soup, the main course of Lomo Saltado or Ají de Gallina.
