Description
Let's get to know each other initially, find out about your previous experience with rock climbing. Afterwards we will try the equipment (harness, helmet and climbing shoes) and then head to 'Los Olivos' a climbing spot 15 minutes in car from the center of Huaraz. This course is offer to beginners and intermediate climbers that want to do sport climbing single-pitch near the city. A 20-minute walking descent and short hike uphill will leave us at the bottom of the beautiful walls. Here we will learn the main climbing techniques and do between 4 and 7 routes (2.5 hr - 4 hr). The difficulty level will depend on your skills and previous experience. There are routes starting from the 4th grade ( French scale). A person in good physical condition can normally climb 5th-grade routes on their first time touching the rock. From the climbing area, there is a beautiful view of the Cordillera Blanca. We can hike (15 min) or take a combi/taxi back, depending on the client's preference.Includes
