Outdoor Activities Chanchamayo Valley

In the High Jungle, the Chanchamayo Valley road is the habitat of numerous orchid species, including: Masdevallia ayabacana, Masdevallia echo, Masdevallia bicolor, Masdevallia jarae. The following varieties are also found in the area: Epidendrum, Chysis, Gongora, Lycaste, Maxillaria, Odontoglossum, Sobralia, Xylobium and many more.

Chanchamayo Valley 

The Cedar Woods of Pampa Hermosa are home to a wide variety of orchids. The same can be said for the Tirol Waterfalls and the areas surrounding the hotels where the orchids treat the thousands of visitors to a display of color and fragrance upon their arrival.
 
The Salva Tierra Botanical Garden is also not to be missed. The area offers hotels, restaurants featuring traditional foods and a variety of shops.
