Our room was reasonably large with a fridge, tea making facilities a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water There are two courtyard areas that are lovely and peaceful. The breakfast is limited and basic when compared to other Hotels of the same cost and quality. No washing of clothes is allowed in the room although a laundry service is offered at S10 per kilo. There is drinking water available for guests at the reception but we found that filling water bottles is discouraged with a barely perceptible huff and the general demeanor from reception staff is slightly scolding. The Hotel is located very close to the historic center and is in a fantastic location.
A very beautiful hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location makes it easy to explore everything nearby. We had a wonderful stay!
Great location for a historic house of a Peruvian president in 1899. Beautiful rooms. Courteous service. Great breakfast buffet. Only two blocks from the Plaza de Armas allowing you to walk to restaurants and museums.
Loved my stay in this historic house in the center of Arequipa. It is a true gem, with a very quiet patio to relax, a wonderful staff and a very good breakfast. I initially planned to stay only a day, but ended up staying 4 nights. I will be back!
