The Catador, which is the name of this vineyard, has passed through the hands of 5 different generations. Over the years they have had to work to balance the tension between keeping tradition alive and incorporating new technology to produce enough wine. This whole process is completely handmade and is part of the Inca tradition. Different types of grapes grow here, including Quebranta, Criolla Negra, Mollar, Uvina, Torontel, Moscatel and Italy, which are the most popular.
