This hotel had the BEST hospitality. Everyone working at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure an amazing stay for me and my husband. There were many unexpected surprises that elevated our experience. There was a free event one of the days we were here that included appetizers, Chilcano drinks, and authentic Peruvian dancers! Henry was the best and was VERY attentive to our every need. I highly recommend this hotel if you like great service, clean rooms, and the FRIENDLIEST staff.
We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff was very helpful in organizing transport, and Roberto in particular was of great help :) The room was clean. However, it lacked slippers and a robe to use at the pool and gym. The breakfast was tasty with a great selection of foods. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Lima
My stay was wonderful and completely hassle-free. Service – Carolaine was especially attentive throughout my stay and provided excellent recommendations for nearby tourist attractions. The hotel also offers an airport transfer service for a small fee. Since my flight to Lima arrived late at night, this was especially appreciated. The driver met me just outside baggage claim. Beyond that, the overall service throughout my stay was exceptional. My rate included complimentary breakfast, which was absolutely worth it considering the extensive breakfast buffet offered each morning. Location – Whether you’re spending your entire trip in the Lima area or just a day or two before continuing on to Machu Picchu, I highly recommend staying in Miraflores rather than Lima’s Historic Center. Miraflores is only a short drive from the Historic Center and Barranco while offering the added benefit of being one of the safest and most convenient neighborhoods for tourists. Crowne Plaza Lima is perfectly situated just off one of Miraflores’ main avenues and within easy walking distance of Parque Kennedy (Kennedy Park), Parque del Amor (Love Park), and Larcomar. I comfortably walked to all of these attractions and only needed to use Uber when visiting the Historic Center, Barranco, and El Callao. Room – I had no issues with my room. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also appreciated the housekeeping staff’s attention to detail and their consistency in servicing my room each day.
Comfortable and well located. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Particular shout out to Henry. I had the misfortune of completely losing my voice while visiting for a conference, something Henry clearly decided just wouldn't do while trying to pour enough honey-lemon tea down my throat to down man. Did the job, while showing the staff here are particularly focused on the well-being of their guests. Cannot recommend the venue highly enough.
Is it hotel is excellent the breakfast what’s supreme, a big large selection of dishes and high-quality is a coffee with milk was high-quality as well. Caroline always served breakfast. She was amazing. She was so helpful. She explained us about the variety of dishes and give us recommendations where to go to the shopping mall where to find those dishes, and she was simply adorable. Thank you so much. We would highly recommend this place. We were leaving regretfully because wanted to stay longer here.
