Overall this was a wonderful stay. Felt safe in this part of neighbourhood. Reception staff and breakfast service staff made this a delightful experience with their warmth and smiles. Breakfast buffet spread has limited selection but we didnt mind as we had to start our day early. The only bone i had to pick was the hotel rates i got from the Accor member sale (up to 25% off) was not as good as what Agoda offered. I had foolishly assumed Accor gave a better deal so did not spend time to make the comparison. Lesson learnt!

An oasis of peace and relaxation in otherwise bustling Lima’s life Manto Hotel is a 4‑star gem ideally located between the Lima Golf Club and the historic Bosque El Olivar, in a lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Both the golf course and the park are just a five‑minute walk away, making the hotel perfectly placed for peaceful morning strolls or late‑afternoon unwinding. Breakfast is served in the hotel’s Saya restaurant, where a well‑curated buffet offers a pleasant start to the day. The restaurant — like the entire property — is beautifully design‑curated, with thoughtful details everywhere you look. From the lobby to the hallways to the rooms, the aesthetic is cohesive, warm, and refined. The rooms themselves are luminous and spacious, with wood flooring, comfortable bedding, and a silent, efficient AC. The bathroom features a generous walk‑in rain shower that feels genuinely indulgent. But the hotel’s greatest strength is its exceptional staff: empathic, competent, proactive, and attentive — always present when needed, never overwhelming. Their service elevates the entire experience. We could not possibly name everybody, but from the property manager to the main desk to the service in the restaurant, we really want to warmly thank Jesus, Patty, Esmeralda, Frank and Kevin for making our stay unforgettable. We’ve stayed in several hotels in Lima over the years, but Hotel Manto stands out. We will definitely return during our next visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at Manto Hotel Lima, such a great find in the beautiful San Isidro neighborhood! The location is perfect, walking distance to amazing restaurants and boutique shopping, all in a safe and charming area. San Isidro is truly a gem, and I’m so glad I chose to stay here. The rooms are HUGE, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially loved the large full-length mirror…every hotel should have this! The AC works great, and I appreciated that the windows also open if you want some fresh air. Nice touch. There’s also a TV with satellite if you want to unwind in the room. The hotel has an on-site restaurant and bar, and I had a few pisco sours and a snack there—everything was delicious. It was nice to have that option without even needing to leave the hotel. Overall, a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend Manto Hotel if you’re visiting Lima and want a great location with spacious, well-appointed rooms!

Well located, boutique hotel vibes This hotel definitely has potential to be a 5 star establishment. Though I felt some things were not aligned. Very desirable location, quiet neighborhood, lots of walkable shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly but they didn’t go the extra mile. I arrived early, knowing early check in wasn’t guaranteed . Though they let me check in at 2p. I had been there waiting since 10a. First time a hotel in Lima hasn’t been able to accommodate my request. Regardless, room was nice sized, the floors were hard floor, slippers would have been good because of slippery areas, and I booked a room for just myself but they are quite cheap to leave me only 1 coffee pod, (they charge .35 additional) I have a 2 day stay, leave me 2 pods. It’s these little details that don’t make it feel welcoming. I did enjoy the jacuzzi tub in my room. Breakfast was cute the first day. Typical assortment, with a little less than others I’ve had. Mostly carb dishes, not a lot of protein options. Room Service menu was very limited. And they don’t offfer the menu from the onsite restaurant. I asked front desk and they told me to go there and ask?! I mean do they want their guests to eat at the restaurant located in the hotel? I thought that was a major misalignment of priority within the hotel. And yet again staff at front desk could have been more helpful. But the dinner I ordered from the restaurant was quite nice. They brought it to my room. Delicious mocktail called “Morgana” . This hotel lacks amenities like spa, or even a pool. Not sure I would stay again unless rate was less.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There is a gym but no spa area. I was fascinated by the beautiful lobby and restaurant, really stunning interior design. Breakfast offers everything you need as well as a selected a la cart menu. Although they have a modern portafilter coffee machine, only filter coffee is included in your breakfast. If you want to order an espresso or cappuccino with your breakfast you will be charged separately for it. This is ridiculous for a 5-star-hotel.
