In the 50's the city of Lima was going through a stage of rapid urban development, growth that progressively generated the need for new urban services, especially in the recreation area. At that time it existed to the south of Lima, very close to Chorrillos, an area still undeveloped constituted by the lands between the road to the south and the sea.
