Description

Day 1: Pachamanca in the Sacred Valley The tour begins with your transfer from the hotel to the Urubamba market. Here travelers will be able to immerse themselves in a world of unique smells, colors, textures, sounds and flavors that will introduce them to a new concept of cuisine. From the market we will go to the preparation point where travelers will meet the chefs who will teach them how to make the Pachamanca. After helping to prepare the ingredients and place them in the ground we will have to wait for it to be ready. During this time travelers will participate in a ceremony to Mother Earth or Pachamama, in this ceremony we will venerate Mother Earth and thank her for the food she gives us. When the Pachamanca is ready we will open it and serve the dishes. After our delicious lunch the transportation will be waiting for us to return to the hotel.
