We visited while traveling around Lima and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner! The flavors were amazing, the service was very friendly and patient with our broken Spanish. I can't recommend this enough.
I saw this place on Instagram. It’s wonderful. We ordered the Tacos Amazonicos had an Amazon sausage and cocona. Really good. Next we had Chaufa Amazonico (Fried Rice with meat from the Amazon. Cecina (dried pork meat) and Amazon sausage. Was a lovely meal.😍
Had dinner there last night. Walked in at first and were wondering why it was empty but it was wonderful. Daniel our waiter explained the dishes and suggested what might be best for us. He was right on the money for both my wife and myself. Rice pudding dessert is incredible and a great share. Then ahead of the check a couple of Amazonian short shots! Check delivery is a great surprise? Place did fill up while we were there. Enjoy!
This was one of my favorite restaurants in Peru. They were so attentive and friendly. They gave us complimentary plantain and yucca chips with a homemade salsa that was so good! Also gave us a free shot at the end of our meal. We got to look through their tablet with photos if every dish on the menu to help us decide. We had a grilled plantain with chorizo and sauce, and the grilled Dorado fish. Everything was super flavorful and I am picky as a former chef myself!
It was an amazing experience. This was our first place where we had lunch just arrived in Lima, Peru. And I can say it was hard to beat that first perfect impression of the Peruvian cousin taste all the way! Just one word - perfect. You must try! We had different dishes and each one of them was unique and perfect.
