Description

Start your day early in the morning with a pickup from your accommodation in Cusco. Take a private transfer to the train station and hop on board for an awe-inspiring ride towards Machu Picchu. Keep your camera ready as you pass through extraordinary landscapes. Once arriving in Aguas Calientes, the town at the bottom of Machu Picchu, your guide will be waiting at the train station to escort you to the bus station to take the bus up to the ruins of Machu Picchu. After an approximately 25-minute ride through the breathtaking scenery, reach the site of the 'Lost City of the Incas.' Enter the historic citadel and start the private 2-hour guided tour. After your tour, enjoy some free time to explore the outer areas independently. Take a bus by yourself to Aguas Calientes and have time to explore the town on your own. Take a break and enjoy a meal or coffee at one of the many restaurants or cafés. Board the train in the evening for the return journey back to Cusco. Upon arrival at the train station, you will be picked up and returned to your accommodation.
