We had a fabulous dining experience for dinner! We tried many dishes throughout, all the way to dessert! Gabriela was an excellent server! Great vibe inside too!
Great reviews that I can't agree with except for the exceptional service. I wouldn't come to Cusco for sushi, and also say it's the best. The duck magret in ramen was very good, broth was tasty but not hot enough. Ramen overcooked. The cerviche nikkei was very good. Acevichado sushi maki was good but not great. I wanted to try Nikkei Peruvian cuisine but perhaps this isn't the best. The music Playlist played too loudly was driving me crazy by the end of my meal. Destroyed the ambiance for me. Sorry, but definitely not returning. Watching the young chef cut the frozen fish didn't inspire confidence in the sushi/sashimi either. Japan is cheap now and wonderful. Anthony our server is great.
Lovely cozy restaurant with great food and friendly helpful staff. Our server Gabriella was very attentive and offered advice on the menu. Everything we had was delicious, from our cocktails to our mains. So glad we checked out Miwa. The Amazonian rice dish was so good. Best fried rice I’ve ever had.
As I intended to go to kushwa but it was closed… I stepped by chance at this great surprise. The place is small and the team works as a group. I had amazing oysters and the urubamba ceviche. The chef has prepared it at his contemporary fusion version with a river heated stone in a stone bowl. It was a dream; for me it has a foundue subversive action towards a tradicional cold plate. Cannot wait to have it again.
The food and service was incredible. We ordered the volcano roll which was delicious, the duck ramen and shrimp udon were also great. Geraldine was our waitress and she gave us really great recommendations as well as overall excellent service. Highly recommend! The best food I have had in Cusco so far!
