Latin American Huaca Pucllana

In the V century of our era, the habitants of the Valley of Lima began the construction of the Huaca Pucllana. Pucllana was, then, an important ceremonial and administrative center. Its greatness is reflected in the configuration of a monumental architecture, made in small adobe and forged on the basis of continuous additions and remodeling, made during the three centuries that it was valid.

The Huaca Pucllana maintains with justified pride a culinary philosophy whose fundamental concept lies in using as base the flavors of Peru, interpreting according to the classic techniques of cooking, as well as contemporary styles and the demands of the most exquisite palates. With the qualified contribution of Arturo Rubio, promoter of the restaurant, and our chefs Marilú Madueño and Andrea Massaro, the restaurant offers a renewed meal whose foundation is Peruvian cuisine, with its rich variety of products, called sea fish, seafood, or what forms the immense range of vegetables, with all the colors, textures and flavors.
