By far one of the best stays in MiraFlores. The rooms were spotless and beds so comfortable. Their entire staff, from doormen, concierge, front desk, etc. were incredibly hospitable, helpful and friendly. I stayed in June during their winter but still took advantage of the pool and hot tubs on the rooftop, which had amazing views. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone visiting Lima. 10/10
We had an incredible experience at the Hilton Lima Miraflores during our 5 night stay, 5/26/26-5/31/26. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, the housekeepers did excellent with the room, and the food was delicious! We are Diamond members and the hotel was so kind to upgrade our room, which just added to the experience for my golden birthday. We also had access to the executive lounge and enjoyed breakfast and coffee multiple mornings during our stay. This was one of the best Hilton stays I’ve ever experienced, and we love every moment of it. Thank you!
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful: clean, modern, and very welcoming. But what impressed me the most was the genuine kindness of the staff. I arrived at the hotel feeling very sick, and from the very beginning, I could truly feel that the team sincerely wanted to help and take care of me. They called to check if I needed breakfast, a comforting soup, or simply anything at all. They even sent a breakfast tray to my room with a small thoughtful gift on it, which I found incredibly touching. And above all, they even managed to find me a doctor at 9 PM! You can really feel that customer service is a true priority for them, and that makes all the difference. Thank you again to the entire team for your kindness and professionalism.
We had a great stay here. The service was consistently warm and attentive, and it made everything feel easy from the moment we arrived. The highlight for me was the breakfast. It’s not your typical hotel setup. It felt like a full three-course meal with a really thoughtful mix of Peruvian dishes. There was more food than I could finish, but everything I tried was excellent. The property itself is beautiful and very well kept. Everything felt clean and cared for, and our room was comfortable and nicely done. The location is also a big plus. It’s in a great area and easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and nearby spots. Overall, a really enjoyable stay with great service and one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.
Great location, excellent rooms and the service is world class. The concierge is very knowledgeable and highly helpful. He makes everything possible and organizes things in a professional manner. Guest services are excellent. The morning breakfast is outstanding with unique dishes while the dinner menu is limited for vegetarians . The bar also has only limited items and the selections are not extensive, but, the service is excellent. Very safe and outstanding location.
