Description
Pick up from accommodation in Puerto Maldonado, then take a motor boat along the Madre de Dios River to the lodge where a cool welcome drink awaits you. Continue to take the boat to get to the control of Tambopata National Reserve Zone, after 1 and half hour walking through the rainforest approach to the famous Sandoval Lake. Be surrounded by immense ancient trees and entangled vines; be able to see multihued flower and fauna including: Giant Otters, birds, colored butterflies, turtles, and variety of fish. We will spend few hours canoeing on this most beautiful lake. After a delicious lunch at Lake Sandoval, start our way back to the lodge and return to Puerto Maldonado by boat.Includes
