Superba

Superba is a family business that opened in 1938, thanks to Don Silvio Canata, an Italian immigrant, whose descendants have so far served the place with the same warmth as always.

Currently our office hours have changed, but we were one of the first restaurants in Lima, which allowed journalists, intellectuals, writers, musicians, politicians and neighbors to stop by to finish their days.

 Delicious!

In this way, Superba is a place full of anecdotes and endearing memories. The walls of Superba are still standing and enclose part of the history of generations that continue to visit us, thus recovering the tradition of the gathering, camaraderie and the pleasure of sharing moments in this cozy house, as personalities such as Chabuca Granda have done, Óscar Avilés, Toto Terry, Sofocleto, Alfredo Bryce Echenique, among others.

If you want to taste the most representative dishes of Creole and Italian food, with that flavor so characteristic of unbound food, then Superba is your ideal place.
