Lucho Noblecilla decided to install a cevichería that would honor the cuisine of his hometown, Tumbes. With the passing of the years the menu of this restaurant was expanded and today it already covers almost all the coastal areas of the country. Impossible not to taste their ceviches of different varieties, all prepared by chefs from northern Peru who carry the seasoning in their hands. The north is present in each of its dishes, and each bite will take you to live a spectacular marine experience that you cannot miss.
