La Buena Muerte Restaurant is in La Victoria and is the second place of this Nikkei cevichería. It was inaugurated in 1993 by Minoru Kunigami and based on experience in the first store in downtown Lima, here he also endowed his preparations with the culinary magic of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine.
