Wow, what an incredible experience at Valle Santa! It is a true hidden gem, with a beautiful garden full of lush greenery that creates a peaceful and magical atmosphere. A special thank you to Bellie, the owner. He is incredibly welcoming, and attentive, making every guest feel at home. And the food—simply outstanding! Without a doubt, it was the best food we had in Peru!!!Every meal was fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much care and love. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you, Bellie, for creating such a special place. We hope to come back one day!
The food was amazing! It was the best guacamole I’ve ever had and the beef tenderloin was fantastic too! The fresh fruit cocktails were also out of this world. I came in wanting one and had to force myself not to order a third. The service was quick but didn’t make you feel rushed. I can’t recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to go back I truly can’t recommend Valle Santa enough; one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had
Incredibly tasty! Starters, main dishes, drinks and desserts all had rich and fresh flavors, and were beautifully prepared. Also not overpriced, different than anything you would find in Aguas Calientes. Great recommendation!
My friends and I stopped here after the Salkantay trek and had the best Lomo Saltado in South America. The meat was juicy and flavorful and the pasta was homemade and fresh. Don’t get me started on the warm chocolate cake with coffee icecream. Que rica!!!
If you are reading this, you need to eat here. I spent time in Cusco, I motorcycled around the area for 8 days. This was, without a doubt, the best food I had. No questions. The beef and noodles dish was something that will haunt my dreams. The lemonade was terrific. The cheesecake was perfection. I wish I could have eaten here every day of my trip. I thought I had good food around Peru, and then I ate here and realized I hadn’t had anything that compares. In fact, in 3 months around Argentina, Chile, and now Peru, this was the top meal. Eat here, you won’t be disappointed in any way. 😋
