Description
We’ll begin by picking you up from your accommodation within the Sacred Valley.
Our first stop will be a traditional Andean market, where local farmers and vendors known as caseros, share their fresh products. Together, we’ll select the ingredients for our cooking class, connecting directly with the living roots of Peruvian gastronomy.
We’ll travel to our home in Arín, surrounded by majestic mountains, waterfalls, and the serene energy of nature.
We’ll host a hands-on cooking workshop, where each participant will choose one traditional Peruvian dish to prepare
- You can pick any dish you’d like to make, even if it’s not on the list.
-Ceviche – the iconic Peruvian dish made with fresh fish, lime, and local flavors. -Papa a la Huancaína – a creamy potato dish with a classic yellow chili sauce.
-Ají de Gallina – shredded chicken in a rich, slightly spicy yellow pepper sauce.
-Tamales – made with corn dough and filled following a traditional family recipe.
-Causa Limeña – layers of mashed yellow potato with avocado, lime, and local ingredients.
We’ll cook using fresh, seasonal ingredients and apply ancestral techniques with a modern, conscious approach.
As we prepare the meal, we’ll share insights about Andean traditions, conscious eating, and the connection between food, music, and nature.
After cooking, we’ll enjoy our creations together while admiring breathtaking mountain views and meaningful conversation.
You’ll also receive the recipes so you can recreate these dishes at home — a delicious memory of the Sacred Valley.
Finally, we’ll drive you back to your accommodation.

GISELA is a passionate cook who has studied Ayurveda and conscious nutrition. She believes that cooking is an act of mindfulness and connection — a way to nourish the body while awakening the senses and honoring the earth. Inspired by ancestral wisdom and the natural rhythm of ingredients, she creates experiences that invite guests to slow down, reconnect with food, and discover the joy of conscious eating.
PAWKARMAYTA, a pioneer of Peruvian electronic music, is a visionary artist from Cusco who blends ancestral Andean sounds with contemporary rhythms.
In this unique culinary and cultural experience, he brings his passion for roots, preparing, and sharing food. He honors local ingredients, ancestral cooking methods, and the rhythms of community.
Together, we share an authentic gastronomic and cultural experience that connects travelers with Andean traditions, gastronomy, music, and community.
